Purpose: Internationale Kurzfilmtage Winterthur is Switzerland’s major short film festival, held annually in November. The six-day event is a popular public festival as well as an important hub for the international short film industry.

In addition, Kurzfilmtage is dedicated to the promotion of Swiss short films throughout the year and is home to Switzerland’s largest short film archive. We host the Kurzfilmnacht-Tour across Switzerland and curate short film programmes for other festivals, businesses, and public institutions.
